History: Thiala was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents enrolled her in a Bard school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Burana was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Pelt was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
