History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Orc activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Orc doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Maynild is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she loathes her own lifestyle

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Dadalan reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dadalan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
