Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'10" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His hair is short and chestnut. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Azaki grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Azaki. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Hupe was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and to end his boredom

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His first spouse was a Map Maker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: She wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a bow, but if one is not available she will default to her kukri. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. She has moderate length red hair. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: She very much looks the part of a Masseuse. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. Her feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She got into the Masseuse business at a young age. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Masseuse work with an outfit from a few towns over. Masseuse work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a Masseuse soon after.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
