History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Simon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Cartwright for the past few years.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Phann fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
