Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Burgell embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born into a rich family. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
