History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Alvyn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
