Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Quelenna liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Rathkran was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.
