Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Nuraval was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born to a Shepherd, his father struggled to pay the bills. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
