History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Chad was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Chad's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has achieved small success as a Engraver.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Jeweler. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He found a children's book about a Gnome Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
