History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
