History: Gifted from a young age, Grai studied abroad. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Grai alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Grai never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Galiena was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Prâk liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
