Hugolina was born on a far northern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Spy. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Spy for the past few years.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She struck the Gardener job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
