History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Charles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. Kasdeya enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
