History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. After months of barely getting by, Mindartis managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: Oriax wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Adept, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 5 years.
