She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Bricklayer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Navigator, and she later adopted a second son.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She became a Glassblower soon after.

Left-Handed fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
