Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ar-Baruk embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He found a children's book about a Halfling Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing dancing.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A freak accident while working with her Bookbinder father left her crippled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she has money and likes to spend it

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has achieved small success as a Navigator.

Motivation: To be a Baker again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: He was raised in a island tribe. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
