History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Jeweler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Apothecary arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
