Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Ruler business.

History: Eva was born the youngest of three triplets. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
