History: Ortegar was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Synthrin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
