His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Târz took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
