Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He tends to wear a pastel poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His red fur is unkempt and raggedy. His copper eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
