She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest woman in the east

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. She became a Ruler soon after.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Ruler and was forced into it by her family; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
