Personality: She hates Halflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. The war was a terrible time for her, and Portia does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A freak accident while working with her Barber mother left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she feels kind of lost in life

Description: This man stands a little under 3'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing a long, blue, dusty cloak. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sapply grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sapply. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He prefers to wear flannel. His auburn hair is unkempt and raggedy. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born to a Guard, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He has shaved his head bald. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. A true patriot, Norman would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Norman was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Norman decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Bellfounder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Himo took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and tiefling compassion
