History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Theriatis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants; and a deep hatred of giants

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She got into the Layabout business at a young age. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Roywyn took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up halberd and armor she uses now. She tends to her Layabout job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Slave Trader but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He bought a kukri and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
