History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Travok was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A gifted student he started as a Blacksmith, but he got bored and became a Dyer. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He got into the Weaver business at a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
