History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Her parents were killed by giants in a raid when she was still a young child. The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. A true patriot, Jade would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
