Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. He found a children's book about a Elf Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a tan vest and prefers green and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and is pretty ugly. His head has been shaved. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Laucian was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: He is greedy; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She comes from a rich western family. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Audhild was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: Emerald was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A freak accident while working with his Unemployed father left him crippled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
