History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Gerald took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Farmer. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Thodris hails from a village terrorized by goblins. At a young age her father died while driving off some goblins. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in spear use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She is content; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Dilettante for hire.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and sabotage a competitor
