History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Faral was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Through the years after Faral was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Faral's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Gillyd was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gillyd decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
