Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Personality: Darrak speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sage. He has worked as a Sage like his father before him.

She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

Description: This late middle aged man wears a red cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings and is in decent physical shape. His hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Mercenary.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor
