History: He was raised by priests from a young age. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Baradad alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident.
