Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Traki alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Engraver responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Zûgor was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
