Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. During his travels, Skoth and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Skoth discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves.
