History: Born to a Armorer, her father struggled to pay the bills. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. Description: 6'2" and muscular, this northern man is wearing a long, white, dusty cloak. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. A true patriot, Ûggû would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
