Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
