History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Animal Trainer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her childhood dream was to be a Navigator, but she was a colossal failure. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Tanner for the past few years.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Butcher they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Tanner, and she later adopted a second daughter.
