Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Chaedi was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her childhood dream was to be a Sage, but she was a colossal failure. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Cecily is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
