Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft red waves gently in the breeze. His hair is long and black with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Marshal but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears violet trousers with grey and blue striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Stableman born in the past three hundred years. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: The child of a Bookbinder, who enjoyed hunting, Varis was taken on many hunting expeditions. Varis liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Stableman responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His childhood dream was to be a Ploughman, but he was a colossal failure. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Fortune-teller profession.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and his religion dominates his actions
