History: Zykroff was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She struck the Unemployed job and began her own company from there.

History: Born to a Mason, her father struggled to pay the bills. Murook abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Zedaar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.
