Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Windy's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
