History: Manfred hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Manfred was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Burgell grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Herbalist work with an outfit from a few towns over. Herbalist work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Markosian is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. The war was a terrible time for her, and Markosian does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Markosian was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.
