Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Nithther isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He bought a monstrous two handed axe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
