Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. A true patriot, Kava would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
