History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Guard. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Shifting and her spouse have recently divorced.
