Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is a great chef.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Cook.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. Her blonde hair is cut short. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She is content; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She takes great joy in being the best Server in town.

History: Born in the north to a Server, Astaro learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Barkeep they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Shoemaker, and she later adopted a second daughter.
