History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ahrim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
