The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Apothecary profession.

History: She got into the Cook business at a young age. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Cook and occasionally as a mercenary.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born to a Gardener, his father struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Layabout for the past few years.
