Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Howard embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He works hard and plays hard.

History: The child of a Seamstress, who enjoyed hunting, Howard was taken on many hunting expeditions. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Carter for the past few years.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. A gifted student she started as a Apothecary, but she got bored and became a Ploughman. She tends to her Ploughman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Savaran grew up listening to her father's many stories. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears professional attire. His chestnut hair is thinning but still full. His skin is flawless and his blue eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Oren is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Oren lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. He tends to his Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cartwright and was forced into it by his family.
