Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. History: Born in the west to a Carter, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Jocelyn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
