Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she usually wears her black robe and has her ceremonial dagger always slung over her shoulder. Her silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This man stands a little under 5'10" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He very much looks the part of a Fletcher. His golden hair is singed and shortened. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in the west. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He became a Fletcher soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult.
